Paradise Stables Academy is coming soon.
For nearly 20 years, Elle has worked with horses, owners and riders across very different horses, problems and situations. Now, for the first time, we’re bringing that experience together into one online Academy.
Not another collection of random horse videos. A place to understand behaviour, communication, handling, training, care and the horse in front of you as one connected picture.
And we’d love you to be one of the first to see it.

Why we’re building it
If you’ve followed Paradise Stables for a while, you probably already know this about Elle.
She doesn’t tend to look at a horse and see one isolated problem.
- A horse that won’t load.
- A horse that suddenly feels different under saddle.
- A behaviour that seems to have appeared from nowhere.
- A confidence problem.
- A handling issue.
Usually, there is more going on than the thing you first notice.
And after nearly 20 years around horses, that way of looking at the whole picture has become a huge part of how Elle works. Paradise Stables Academy is our attempt to finally put that into one place.
You can ride, own or handle horses for years and still meet one horse, behaviour or situation that makes you rethink something you thought you understood. That doesn’t mean you know nothing. It is often because most of us never learned horsemanship as one connected subject.
We pick up riding in one place, groundwork somewhere else, feeding when we suddenly need it, training from whoever happens to be teaching us, and advice from dozens of different people along the way. A lot of those pieces are useful. The difficult part is knowing how they fit together.
What we’re building
Nearly 20 years with horses, brought together in one place.
Paradise Stables Academy is a structured, self-paced online Academy designed to help you understand horses more deeply and make better decisions around them.
It brings together things horse people often learn separately:
- Behaviour.
- Communication.
- Handling.
- Training.
- Care.
- Feeding.
- Confidence.
- The human side of working with horses.
- And the everyday decisions that rarely fit neatly into one category.
You might have been around horses for twenty years. You might have owned one horse that taught you more than ten others combined. You might simply want to understand why your horse does what they do instead of constantly searching for another quick answer.
That’s who we’re building this for.
