Paradise Stables Academy is a digital education brand developed in partnership with Paradise Stables.

Horsemanship education and subject-matter input are provided through Paradise Stables.

The Academy is commercially operated and published by Ventuxia Media Limited, which is the contracting seller and payment recipient for Academy purchases.

Paradise Stables Academy is a digital horsemanship education product delivered online.

Your purchase includes the Academy content, resources, tools and other inclusions specifically shown on the sales page and at checkout at the time of purchase.

Some elements may be delivered through third-party platforms used for course hosting, community access, payments or member tools.

No physical product is supplied unless expressly stated.

Access instructions are normally provided electronically after successful payment.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to any account used to receive or access the Academy.

If you do not receive access after purchasing, contact paradisestablesacademy@gmail.com.

Where your purchase is sold as a Founding Membership, the Founding Member inclusions stated on the sales page at the time of purchase form part of your purchase.

Founding Member benefits may include ongoing Academy access, Founding Member status, future Academy updates and proprietary tools added inside the Academy where stated in the offer.

Unrelated future standalone products, events, services or separately sold offers are not automatically included unless expressly stated.

The price payable is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Ventuxia Media Limited is the contracting seller and payment recipient.

Any payment plan or instalment option offered at checkout forms part of the purchase terms shown to you before payment.

The Academy contains digital content that is supplied immediately after purchase.

Where required by law, before immediate digital access begins you will be asked to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right in respect of that digital content.

This does not affect statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for digital Academy content once immediate access has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet rights that apply under law.

Paradise Stables Academy provides educational horsemanship information.

It is not veterinary care, medical advice or a substitute for appropriate in-person professional assessment.

Horses, environments and situations vary. You remain responsible for judging what is appropriate and safe for the horse and situation in front of you and for seeking qualified help where necessary.

The Academy is designed to provide education, frameworks and practical resources.

We do not guarantee any particular behavioural, training, performance, financial or safety outcome.

Results depend on factors including the individual horse, handler, environment, experience, implementation and circumstances.

Academy lessons, videos, written materials, PDFs, Toolkit resources, software tools and other member content are provided for the purchaser’s personal use.

You may not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute, upload, share membership access or commercially exploit Academy materials without written permission.

You may download or print resources where the Academy makes that functionality available for personal use.

Where community access is included, members are expected to communicate respectfully and use the community for its intended educational purpose.

We may remove content or restrict community access where reasonably necessary to address harassment, unlawful activity, spam, misuse or serious disruption.

Community participation does not create an entitlement to private one-to-one coaching unless expressly included in the purchased offer.

We may use third-party services for payment processing, course delivery, email, community access, analytics and member tools.

We are not responsible for temporary outages or changes caused entirely by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain access to purchased Academy content.

We may update, improve, reorganise or replace Academy lessons, resources, modules, technology or delivery systems over time.

These changes may include moving content to a different platform or improving the structure of the Academy.

We will not deliberately remove the substance of a paid entitlement without reasonable justification.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of educational material, or for decisions made independently by a member outside the reasonable scope of the Academy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
